How Far away is Century Commons from the Century College?

We are conveniently on the west side of the campus. No matter what side of the bridge your classes are located – it is a short walk.

Who lives here?

Our typical residents are college-aged and appreciate our dorm-style living environment. Our Fall 2010 students attend: Century College, Rasmussen College, St. Paul College, Ashworth College, Globe University, St. Olaf College, University of Minnesota, Inver Hills Community College, Metropolitan State University, Dakota County Technical College, St. Catherine University, Le Cordon Bleu, Brown College, Normandale College, Bethel University

What if I am not a student at Century College?

We have students from other business schools and technical colleges that live here as well. There are bus routes and easy transportation options to get you to where you are going.

What does the rent include?

Your rent includes a partially furnished apartment (unfurnished options available) and utilities.  Residents have free high-speed wireless internet access!!

What furniture is included in rent?

Each bedroom is complete with a desk and closet shelving.  Beds are available to rent for $100 a lease term.  The common area living room comes with a kitchen table and chairs, a full sized couch and chair.

How much is parking?

We have surface level parking for $15 a month. 

Is there emergency maintenance technicians available?

Yes. For routine maintenance requests, we request that you go through the office to schedule repairs. We also have on-call technicians available 24-hours a day for emergencies.

Will I have a roommate?

Yes. Our apartments are 3-5 bedrooms. If you have a friend who would like to share the apartment with you, we will do our best to assign you to an apartment together. If you do not have a roommate when you apply, we will assist to place you with other housemates that have similar interests and living styles.

 What do I share with my roommates?

You will share the common areas of the apartment - the living room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. You do not share bedrooms. Each person has a privately locked bedroom and an individual lease for the bedroom.
